This bold and classic California-grown, Bordeaux-style red blend boasts aromas and flavors of cassis, black plum, chocolate, tobacco, and espresso. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes used for this wine were culled from vineyard blocks that are either too young, or don't fit into the vintage style, of the highly-acclaimed Jonata and The Hilt wines!
