Displays bright yellow apple, bosc pear, acacia flower and orchard fruit aromas and flavors. Crunchy stone minerality on the palate with a high acid structure making the wine intense and refreshing. Perfect for hot summer days and a great pairing partner with seafood. 100% Melon de Bourgogne from 40-80 year old vines yielding 35hl/ha (90hl/ha permitted in this appellation). Hand harvested, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged for 6 months on the lees in concrete tanks. No added sulphur.
