For more than 35 years, this family-owned and operated winery has focused exclusively on cool-climate appellations. La Crema Winery has been a pioneer in producing Burgundian varietals from the cool Sonoma coast. They handcraft their wine, one barrel at a time. 

The La Crema Cab Sauv is sourced from various locations in Sonoma. 15 months in barrel. All blocks, varieties, and clones are handled separately until final blending to allow the greatest range of expression. This wine showcases Sonoma's versatility in crafting high-quality reds. It is round, soft, structured, full-bodied, and balanced with a velvety texture, smooth tannins, and ripe acidity. Dark cherries, plums, black currants, blackberries, vanilla, mocha, and subtle oak, spice, and coffee nuances greet your palate. Pair with grilled meats, roast lamb, or hearty dishes.
