Chateau Lalande is a small family owned estate in Saint Julien, owned by the Meffre brothers. Adjoining Chateau Gruaud Larose, Chateau Talbot and Chateau Lagrange, and facing Chateau Ducru-Beaucaillou, it is one of the rare small, non-classified estates in the St Julien appellation that has not yet been snatched up by one of ite renowned neighbors. Elegant nose of crushed red and black berryfruit, spices and a hint of vanilla. Rich and round in the mouth with a touch of freshness.
